Decent product, slow shipping

I bought the Strawberry Sea Moss Gel and also the Organic Sea Moss Capsules. The quality of both products seems really good, and I like the natural ingredients. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, about 10 days to get to me in California. I understand it's international, but it felt a little slow. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the delay, which was a plus. The pricing is fair for wildcrafted, but a slightly quicker shipping option, even for a bit more cost, would make it perfect.

what's the deal with returns for the fresh gels? what if i get something i don't like or it arrives kinda messed up?

If it's damaged you should contact them right away. For just not liking it, since it's a fresh food product, returns are usually really tricky. Check their policy, but don't expect to send back an opened jar of gel.

Yeah, for fresh gels, once you open it, that's kinda it. If it's sealed and there's an issue when you receive it, they're usually good about it if you reach out to customer service. But for just 'changing your mind' on a fresh product, probably not happening.

I've only tried Moss Matrix capsules, and they're solid. Good quality, no weird aftertaste. Haven't tried Rooted and Revived so can't compare directly, but I'm happy with these.

Moss Matrix is usually a bit pricier, but I feel like the quality is there. Rooted and Revived is okay, but I think MM's sourcing feels more transparent to me. Depends on your budget really.

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one coupon at a time. Most places don't let you stack, and I remember trying it with another site once and it didn't work. probably the same here.

i don't think they stack. the first order discount is good for that first purchase, but then the subscription discount kicks in for recurring ones, afaik.

From what I've read and my own experience, yes, theirs is legit wildcrafted. They talk about it on their site and it seems consistent.

i did the detox cleanse last spring, felt pretty good after! not like a miracle cure but definitely helped me feel lighter. the gel, if you keep it in the fridge, usually lasts about 2-3 weeks, sometimes a bit longer if you're careful.

yeah, what they said about the gel, definitely fridge it. as for the cleanse, i think it depends on what you're expecting. it's more like a reset than a dramatic detox, if that makes sense.
